Once the investor passes the KYC/AML review, the investor is invited to wire the purchase price of the Offense Coin.4.
The investor, after approval from the board of directors, then transfers the purchase price for the subscribed volume of Offense Coin to the bank escrow account of OFC TecChain GmbH Partners.5.
The bank confirms receipt of the investor’s funds for that Wallet address and holds the funds in escrow.6.
OFC TecChain GmbH Partners then sends the Offense Coin to the investor’s Wallet.7.
The bank receives confirmation of the Offense Coin sent by OFC TecChain GmbH Partners to the investor, in accordance with the subscription form and dedicated Wallet address and then releases the funds to OFC TecChain GmbH Partners.
